Outstanding Customer Care
- ENA monitors your network availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 90 percent of the
time ENA contacts the customer to notify them of a problem before the customer is aware
of an issue.
- ENA's help desk is designed to resolve issues during the first call so customers don't
have to wait long periods before resolution.
- 24-7 support is provided to all customers. Engineers are on-call 24 hours a day in order
to best service the needs of customers.
- Each customer is assigned dedicated technical and account support so they are
continuously working with familiar faces.
