The INPubLibraries support tools enhance the support services ENA provides to its customers.
Librarians and network administrators can access a powerful suite of support-services tools on
the Internet anytime to assist in reporting and resolving issues.
Network Availability Monitoring
The Network Monitoring tool displays real-time status of the library's
network, allowing insight into the health of the network at any time, from any place with an
Internet connection.
Ticket Tracker
An authenticated login to ENA's ticketing system allows you to view
ticket information about issues affecting your sites, including current status and steps underway
to correct the problem.
Bandwidth Utilization Reporting Tool
This tool allows you to track and monitor aggregate bandwidth usage by
site using industry standard metrics. This information assists in troubleshooting, planning future
capacity requirements and tracking usage spikes.
Account Management
The Account Management tool allows authorized personnel to maintain
account information, such as passwords, user details, and creating additional accounts.
